This is a "homebrew" website, made with great passion, trying to cover
computer history information lack in italian language.
For this reason I don't plan to release an English (or other languages)
version in future.
My goal was to show and easily explain to italian students, hackers or
other people involved in Information Technology, what happened in a
timeline computer evolution.
On this way I search on web, books and private collection, images and
informations, often writing what I got from my own experience on over 40
years working on I.T. fields.
If you are interested on some pages, try to use translation options
offered by Altavista or Google. I know it is a poor translation, but better than
nothing!
Dates and events were checked against different source, so I feel enough
confident about reliability of what I put on these pages.
But this doesn't mean pages are mistake-free.
I believe in a free circulation of ideas and culture, and this job has
no profit target except covering only web server maintenance cost!
Anyway, if someone feel offended in his rights for something I
published, please contact me directly and I'll respect your will and
your rights. ( )
